In the beginning this was the mirror site of the National Consumer Federation (NCF), successor body to the National Federation of Consumer Groups (NFCG) and Consumer Congress. NCF has developed a revised site and this one is in process of morphing mainly into an archive of newsletters published by the various Local Groups who over the years have formed the main membership of NCF and its predecessors.
