They are open to all NfCG Members, and visitors are welcome. At each meeting the date & venue for the next is fixed. Anyone interested in attending is invited to phone Dr. Katy Hall on 01865 245509. The Group also arranges occasional interesting visits, tours and surveys - details from Dr. Hall.
Saturday March 20th - the next NfCG Members Meeting in London at which we shall learn about the way in which the British Standards Institute is involved in Consumer Protection. As usual it will be a morning meeting with a light lunch to follow; then, in the afternoon, there will be a workshop on how to carry out a successful survey (in the consumer sense of the word).
Consumer Congress 1999 in London on Tuesday and Wednesday, 6th and 7th of July. This gathering of "all things UK consumer" is always an opportunity to make a difference in the direction of consumer thinking.
NfCG Annual Conference 1999 - to be held in York over the weekend 10th to 12th Sept. Plans are well in hand for the biggest and best NfCG Conference for some time. There will be a full programme of speakers, workshops and social events. Theme, "Consumer Consultation in the New Millennium."
